Sweet Utah Homes · Time Tracker
What this app tracks
This is a remote, output-based team. We measure what gets done and how long it took — not where you are sitting or what is on your screen.
What it records
- When you clock in and clock out.
- When you start, pause and stop a task timer, and which task it was.
- Your breaks, and whether that break type is paid.
- Notes you write yourself.
- The kind of device and browser you clocked in from — for one reason only: to notice if two people are sharing one login. It is never scored and never ranked.
What it never records
- Your location. Not once, not approximately, not at all.
- Your IP address — which would be a rough location record, so it is not stored either.
- Screenshots of your screen.
- Which apps or websites you use.
- Your keystrokes or mouse movement.
- Whether you are “idle”, beyond asking if a timer is still running.
About your hours and your pay
You are paid for the time you clock, minus unpaid breaks. That is the whole calculation. If the app flags something as unusual — a gap with no timer running, a task that took longer than usual — that is a note for a person to look at. It never reduces your pay, and no deduction ever happens automatically.
You can see every number the app holds about you, including the data quality indicator your manager sees. It is the same screen.
